General

What tghub is, how the network works and which posts are accepted.

What is tghub?

tghub is a group advertising network for Telegram. You give us the link to a post in your Telegram channel and choose a package; for the length of your package, your post is forwarded every day to the groups in our network. You track the results with daily statistics in your member dashboard.

How does it work?

Our accounts are members of the Telegram groups in our network. Once your campaign starts, your post is forwarded every day through these accounts to the network groups that accept forwards. Group members see your post with a “Forwarded from” header and can open your channel from it. For the full picture, see How it works.

How many groups is my post forwarded to?

Your post is forwarded every day to every group in our network that accepts forwards. Right now the network has 5,044 groups with a total of 11.8 million members; up-to-date figures are shown live on the Network page. Groups that don't accept your post's content type are skipped.

Are the groups real?

Yes. Every group in the network is a Telegram group that our accounts are genuinely members of and that accepts forwards. The group, member and online counts shown on this site come live from our database. We don't publish group names, to protect the groups' privacy.

Which posts are accepted?

Posts from public Telegram channels are accepted (for example, t.me/yourchannel/123). Private channels or invite links, deleted or missing posts, posts whose forwarding is restricted by the channel (protected content) and service messages are not accepted. When you paste your link, the post is checked automatically.

What content can't be advertised?

Illegal content, fraud and phishing, malware, hate speech and incitement to violence, child abuse, non-consensual intimate content, intellectual property infringement, impersonation and spam that violates Telegram's rules are all prohibited. The full list is in our Terms of use.

Campaigns

Daily forwarding, content restrictions, backup posts, extra groups and reports.

How do I start a campaign?

Sign up for free, top up your balance and create a new campaign in your dashboard: paste your post link (the post is checked automatically), choose a weekly or monthly package and, if you like, add your own groups. When you start the campaign, the price is deducted from your balance and the first day's forwarding starts right away.

How does daily forwarding work?

From the moment it starts, your campaign runs in 24-hour cycles: on each campaign day, your post is forwarded to the network groups one after another, with the forwards spread over a few hours. If not every group can be reached in a day, the groups that have gone longest without your post are tried first on the following days.

Why are some groups skipped?

Not every Telegram group accepts every type of content: some block link previews, photos, videos or polls. We don't try to forward your post to groups that block its content type. When you create a campaign, you see up front how many groups accept your post, and skipped groups are noted separately in the daily report.

What is a backup post?

If your post contains a link preview or media such as a photo, you can add a different post from the same channel — without the preview or media — as a backup. The backup post is forwarded to the groups that block your main post, so the two posts together reach many more groups. It costs nothing extra, and its text doesn't have to match your main post.

Can I add my own groups?

Yes, you can add up to 50 extra groups to a campaign. Groups already in our network are free; for any other group, a monthly fee of $600 per group is added, prorated to the length of your package. Broadcast channels, groups that require admin approval to join and groups that block your post's content can't be added, and you aren't charged for them.

Which statistics will I see?

Your campaign page shows your total successful forwards, how many different groups your post has reached, forwards day by day, the growth in your post's Telegram views (from the start to the latest measurement, with a chart) and notes for each day. The view count is read from Telegram every hour while your campaign runs and for 3 days after it ends.

How is estimated engagement calculated?

The engagement figures on the package cards are estimates: a daily 0.1% of the total number of members in the groups that accept your post, multiplied by the number of days. “Total forwards” is the number of groups × the number of days. No particular number of views, or any other result, is guaranteed; you track the actual, measured growth in views on your campaign page.

Can I stop my campaign?

Yes. You can stop it at any time with the Stop button on your campaign page. The remaining days of a campaign that has already started are not refunded. See our Refund policy for details.

Payment

Packages, the Starter package, paying with Cryptomus and refunds.

What packages are available, and how much do they cost?

Weekly packages: 1 week $2,500, 2 weeks $5,000, 3 weeks $7,500. Monthly packages: 1 month $10,000, 3 months $28,500 (5% off), 6 months $54,000 (10% off), 12 months $100,000 (2 months free). With every package, your post is forwarded to the whole network every day. Compare them on the Pricing page.

How do I pay?

Campaign prices are deducted from your account balance. You top up your balance with cryptocurrency via Cryptomus on the Balance page of your dashboard; once Cryptomus confirms your payment, it's added to your balance automatically.

What currency are prices in?

All prices and balances are in US dollars (USD). On the Cryptomus payment page, you pay with one of the supported cryptocurrencies.

Can the price change while my campaign is running?

No. The price is calculated on our server the moment you start the campaign and deducted from your balance in a single payment; a campaign that has started isn't affected by later price changes. If the amount shown on screen has changed in the meantime, the campaign isn't started and you're shown the current amount.

Can I get a refund?

Top-ups are credited to your account balance and used for campaigns; the balance can't be converted to cash. The remaining days of a campaign that has started are not refunded. If a campaign never starts because of a problem on our side, its price is refunded to your balance. See our Refund policy for details.

I've paid, but my balance hasn't updated. What should I do?

Your balance is updated automatically once Cryptomus confirms the payment; depending on the network you use, blockchain confirmation can take a few minutes. If it takes longer, write to us via the support form with your payment details (amount, date and, if available, the transaction ID).

Account

Signing up, sessions, password resets and deleting your account.

Is signing up free?

Yes, signing up is free. All you need is an email address, a username and a password of at least 8 characters. Adding your Telegram username is optional, but it makes account support and password resets easier.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Submit a request on the Forgot password page. For your security, reset links aren't sent by automatic email: our support team verifies your identity and sends you a single-use link through your registered contact channel (for example, Telegram). The link is valid for 24 hours.

How long do I stay logged in?

When you log in, your session stays active for 7 days; after that you need to log in again. If you're on a shared device, log out when you're done.

How do I delete my account?

There's no self-service account deletion button in the dashboard. Send a request through the Support form, ideally using the email address registered to your account; requests are processed within 30 days at the latest. Since your balance can't be converted to cash, we recommend using up your remaining balance first.

Privacy

What data we collect, why we collect it and how long we keep it.

What data do you collect about me?

Your account details (email, username, optional Telegram username), your campaign and payment records, and visit information for security and statistics (IP address, country, device and browser type, pages viewed). The full list is in our Privacy policy.

Do you use third-party trackers?

No. We don't use advertising pixels, third-party analytics tools or fingerprinting; visit statistics are kept only in our own database. Your country comes from the country code provided by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare.

How long do you keep my data?

Visit records are deleted automatically after 180 days, password reset requests after 90 days and support messages after 2 years. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Details are in our Privacy policy.

Why don't you publish group names?

To protect the privacy of the groups in our network, we only show aggregate figures (groups, members, online) and anonymized examples on this site; group names, links and IDs are never published.
