Terms of use

1.Parties and acceptance

These Terms of use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between tghub (“tghub”, “we”, “us” or “our”), which operates the tghub.co website and member dashboard, and you (“you” or “your”), the user of the service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

Our Privacy policy and Refund policy form an integral part of these Terms. To contact us or request information about the business, please use the Support page.

2.Description of the service

tghub is a Telegram group advertising network. For the period you choose, we forward your post from a public Telegram channel every day to the groups in our network that accept forwards, and we report the results in the member dashboard.

• The network consists of Telegram groups that our accounts are members of and that accept forwards. Its size changes over time; current figures are shown on the Network page, and the size at the start of your campaign is shown on your campaign page.
• The service is provided through a member dashboard, which covers campaigns, your balance and the other packages offered there.
• tghub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram FZ-LLC. Telegram's own terms of service also apply.

3.Your account

• To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country) and create an account.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when you sign up: an email address, a username and a password of at least 8 characters. A Telegram username is optional, but it makes account support easier.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use. Our team will never ask for your password.
• Your session is valid for 7 days; after that you need to log in again.
• You may not transfer or sell your account. Creating multiple accounts — for example, to use one-time offers such as the Starter package more than once — is prohibited.
• If you forget your password, you can submit a request on the Forgot password page. Once our support team has verified your identity, they will send you a single-use reset link, valid for 24 hours, through your registered contact channel.

4.Campaigns

4.1Your post

• A campaign is created for a post in a public Telegram channel (for example, t.me/yourchannel/123).
• Private channels or invite links, posts that cannot be found or have been deleted, posts whose forwarding is restricted by the channel (protected content) and service messages are not accepted. The post is checked automatically before the campaign starts.
• During the campaign, you must not delete your post, make your channel private or turn on content protection; otherwise, your post cannot be forwarded.

4.2Daily forwarding

• For the duration of your campaign, your post is forwarded every day to the network groups that accept forwards. Each campaign day is a 24-hour cycle, and each day's forwards are spread over a few hours.
• Some groups do not accept certain content types (for example, link previews, photos, videos or polls). Your post is not forwarded to groups that block its content type; when you create a campaign, we show you how many groups accept your post.
• If not every group can be reached in a day, the groups that have gone longest without your post are tried first on the following days. Each day's forwarding results are shown on your campaign page.
• If your post cannot be forwarded to any group on a given day, that campaign day is not used up immediately; forwarding is postponed and retried.
• Group admins or bots may delete forwarded messages, change group rules or remove our accounts from a group, and Telegram may temporarily restrict forwarding. These events cannot be foreseen and are beyond tghub's control.

4.3Backup post

• If your post contains a link preview or media, you can add a different post from the same channel (for example, a version without the preview or media) as a backup.
• The backup post is forwarded to the groups that block your main post. It costs nothing extra, and its text does not have to match your main post; the backup post is checked in the same way as the main post and is subject to these Terms.

4.4Extra groups

• You can add up to 50 groups of your choice to a campaign so that your post is forwarded to them in addition to our network (optional).
• Groups already in our network are free. For each group outside our network, a monthly per-group fee is added to the total, prorated to the duration you choose; package discounts do not apply to extra groups. The current fee is shown for each group on the order screen.
• Broadcast channels, groups restricted by Telegram, groups where members cannot send messages or that do not accept forwards, groups outside our network that require admin approval to join, and groups that block your post's content cannot be added, and you are not charged for them.
• To forward your post to groups outside our network, our accounts join those groups. Groups that are checked and are not in our network are added to our group catalog along with their publicly visible Telegram information.

5.Packages, prices and payment

• Campaigns are sold as duration packages: weekly (1, 2 or 3 weeks) and monthly (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). All prices and balances are stated in US dollars (USD). Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and on the order screen.
• Prices are based on a monthly fee: weekly packages are prorated by the number of days (monthly fee × days / 30). Longer packages are discounted: 5% for 3 months and 10% for 6 months, while the 12-month package costs the same as 10 monthly fees (2 months free).
• The Starter package is a fixed-price, 1-day package offered once to accounts that have never run a campaign. We reserve the right to change or discontinue this offer.
• The full campaign price is deducted from your balance in a single transaction when you start the campaign. The price is recalculated on our server at that moment; if the amount you saw on screen has changed in the meantime, the campaign is not started and you are shown the current amount. If your balance is insufficient, the campaign is not started.
• A campaign that has started runs at the price that applied when it was started and is not affected by later price changes.
• When you buy another package offered in the dashboard, the package name and price are copied to your order; later changes to the package do not affect your order.
• Your balance is topped up with cryptocurrency through the Cryptomus payment page and credited automatically once Cryptomus confirms the payment; the USD amount of the invoice is added to your balance. Transactions on the payment page are subject to Cryptomus's own terms, and any fees charged by your wallet or the blockchain network are borne by you.
• Your balance can be used only within the service: it cannot be converted to cash, withdrawn or transferred to another account. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

6.Statistics and estimates

• The engagement and forwards figures on the order screen are estimates: estimated engagement is calculated by applying a set daily rate to the total number of members in the groups that accept your post, and total forwards by multiplying the number of groups by the number of days.
• No particular number of views, clicks, subscribers, sales or any other result is guaranteed.
• When your campaign starts, your post's Telegram view count is recorded and then measured again every day of the campaign. This figure comes from Telegram's own view counter and includes views from all sources (for example, your channel's own subscribers).

7.Acceptable use and prohibited content

You are responsible for the posts and backup posts you use in your campaigns and for the groups you add. You confirm that your content complies with applicable law and with Telegram's rules, and that you have the right to use it. The following content and activities are prohibited:

• any content or activity that is illegal under applicable law;
• fraud, phishing, investment or cryptocurrency schemes promising unrealistic returns, pyramid schemes and other deceptive content;
• malware, viruses, account takeover tools, or links to them;
• hate speech, incitement to violence or terrorism, and violent extremism;
• any content that involves the sexual abuse of children or that sexualizes children;
• intimate content shared without the consent of the people involved, and unauthorized disclosure of personal information;
• content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of others (for example, pirated software, movies or music);
• impersonating another person, brand or organization;
• selling or promoting illegal goods or services (for example, drugs, weapons or forged documents);
• spam and misleading content that violates Telegram's rules.

You also may not misuse the service itself: using automated means to circumvent limits or overload the system, exploiting security vulnerabilities and attempting to access other people's accounts are prohibited.

We may, without prior notice, stop campaigns that violate these rules and suspend or close your account; in that case, the remaining days of the campaign are not refunded. We may report illegal content to the competent authorities.

8.Stopping and cancellation

• You can stop a running campaign at any time with the Stop button on your campaign page. When a campaign that has started is stopped, the remaining days are not refunded.
• A campaign ends automatically when its duration is over.
• By starting a campaign, you request that the service begin immediately; performance of the service begins the moment you start it.
• You can request the deletion of your account at any time via the Support page. Since your balance cannot be converted to cash, we recommend using up your remaining balance before making the request.

9.Intellectual property

The design, software and text of the site and the member dashboard, as well as the tghub brand, belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

You retain all rights to your posts. So that we can forward, preview and report on your post as part of your campaign, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to that purpose.

10.Availability and changes to the service

• We work to keep the service running without interruption, but because of maintenance, faults or issues caused by Telegram, we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We may improve or change the features of the service, the network and our prices. New prices apply only to campaigns started after the change.

11.Limitation of liability

• The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee any particular result, reach or revenue.
• We are not responsible for the actions of third parties, such as Telegram, group admins or Cryptomus, or for their consequences.
• We are not liable for indirect damages (for example, loss of profits, data or reputation) or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Our total liability in connection with a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign.
• These limitations do not affect any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
• You agree to hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, and to indemnify us for any losses resulting from such claims.

12.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time and request the deletion of your account.

13.Disputes

If a problem arises, please contact us first via Support; we aim to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance. These Terms do not limit the mandatory rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country.

14.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The current version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top of the page. Campaigns that have already started continue under the price and terms that applied when they were started; your continued use of the service after a change means that you accept the updated Terms.
