Once Cryptomus confirms the payment, the amount is added to your balance automatically.

Payment and refunds

Which payment methods do you accept?
You top up your balance in cryptocurrency on the Cryptomus payment page. Prices and balances are in US dollars (USD).
When does my top-up reach my balance?
As soon as Cryptomus confirms your payment, the amount is added to your balance automatically, with no manual approval. Confirmation time depends on the network of the cryptocurrency you choose.
When is the campaign price charged?
When you start the campaign, the full package price is deducted from your balance in one go. The amount is recalculated at that moment; if it differs from the one on screen, the campaign does not start and you see the current amount.
Do I get a refund if I stop my campaign?
You can stop your campaign at any time, but the remaining days of a campaign that has started are not refunded. The refund policy explains what happens if a problem is caused by the service.
If prices change, is my running campaign affected?
No. A campaign that has started runs to the end at the price it started with.
Can I withdraw my balance?
Your balance is topped up for use within the service; the dashboard has no withdrawal or cash-out feature. If you have special circumstances, contact our support team.
